Don’t be discouraged by victory’s detours

As shared by several Non-profit Professionals on this blog, leaders of non-profits need to be patience, prepared,  and persevere.

Giving up when faced with challenges means you’ll likely not be achieving too much or open too long.   Detour-free, successful journeys by Executive Directors and Leaders occur routinely in dreams, not real life.
